This Espeon has a different Shiny coloration, being minty green.
This coloration is a cameo of the Shiny Espeon in Pokémon Stadium 2.

So this form is official, but unfortunately not the current canon.
For those people who prefer this form in their Evolvable Eevee Shimeji,
